Peck Hadfield provides a broad range of immigration services to clients throughout northern Utah, southern Idaho and other states. Since 2000, one of our partners, Marty Moore, has helped many hundreds of immigration clients obtain permanent residency in the United States through both employment-based and family-based immigration. Marty’s employment-based immigration practice includes preparing and submitting regular labor certification applications, special handling labor certification applications (for university and college teachers and professors), outstanding professor/researcher I-140 petitions, and national interest waiver I-140 petitions. In addition, Marty has extensive experience helping employers obtain non-immigrant visas, particularly H-1B and L visas, for foreign-born employees. Marty has more than 14 years experience successfully representing clients before USCIS, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of State and its many consulates around the world.
