Kim H. Buhler, Attorney at Law, P.C. was opened by Attorney Buhler in October 2011. After practicing law as a partner at a prestigious firm in Provo Utah since 1995, she decided it was time to go into solo practice. With the addition of another partner in June 2015, the firm is now known at Buhler Thomas Law, P.C.
Kim specializes in corporate & family-based immigration law where she regularly works with Department of Homeland Security, USCIS, Department of Labor & the various consulates & embassies located around the world which are run by the Department of State. Kim's past & current clients include universities, hospitals, companies that specialize in STEM industries, MLM companies, school districts, charter schools, multinational organizations & financial institutions. On a personal level, Kim enjoys running! She ran nine half marathons this past year, and is currently training for her first marathon in May. She volunteers her time at various United Way organizations in causes related to children, the homeless, and assisting those in crisis. Any spare time she has is spent watching her children in football, soccer, tumbling, dance or volleyball activities or being an Americanized version of a tiger mom.
